After the big hail storm in June our house and all others in our neighborhood were in need of new roofs. Many “storm chaser” companies were immediately at our door but we wanted someone local. Steve Gibson of Quality Exteriors of Eau Claire was the first to respond. Lucky for us!  Steve got back to us right away. He stopped by the next day exactly on time as he promised. After checking out the roof it was clear that we needed a new one. Steve helped us through every step of the way in terms of being here to meet with the insurance adjuster when he came and scheduling the roof replacement within a couple weeks after it was approved. The roof was completed a few days ago and it looks great! The workers worked really hard and their workmanship was to my eye, exceptional. I met with Steve a few times and talked to him on the phone a few times during the process and at every juncture he was completely as good as his word. The insurance process is not entirely complete yet, but I’m sure with Steve’s help it will be. He and Quality Exteriors Roofing & Siding Local have my absolute highest recommendation.

I was recently referred to Quality Exteriors of Eau Claire by my neighbor who is a manager at a local home building supply outfit. I trust my neighbor’s judgement because he deals with contractors everyday and he knows who to trust. Man am I glad I listened to him!  Just finished having Quality Exteriors of EC replace my roof and they even worked with me to repair my siding that was damaged in the recent hailstorm.  My insurance would only cover the damaged portions of the siding, but Quality Exteriors of EC was able to repair and blend the damaged sections. I have a keen eye for defects, but I could not tell you for a $1000 what is new and what is old. They did a wonderful job! I rarely do reviews, but I wanted to give Steve (the owner of Quality Exteriors of EC) positive feedback because he delivered on everything: Communication was super easy and customer service has been great! I had zero surprises. Steve communicated the process and timing in words I could understand. He followed through on everything. He was on site during the work to document and make sure work was completed to specifications. When his team was done, they thoroughly cleaned and checked for any nails with magnets.
